Two ways to take the
required broker course.
1. Is at your own pace with instructor support. Meet instructor every morning at 9:00am for questions or discussions. Then study at your own pace, however with structured scheduled to be completed in one month.
Cost for all three modules $1,199.99 includes material.
If you are an out state broker and need the two modules
Cost for two modules is $799.99 includes material.

2. On line at your own pace,available 24/7 reading material and taking tests, no instructor.
Cost for all three modules $827.40 (depending on current promotion) includes material.

Out of State Brokers interested in signing up for the 60 hours Ethics and Office management Broker Modules should contact the New Jersey Real Estate Commission prior to embarking on any such program to determine if they qualify and to obtain approval for the course work they intend to pursue and secure a waiver of the 90 hours General knowledge module. The NJREC does not recommend you register until you have the 90 hour waiver.
